What is a service for receiving SMS verification codes?
We provide temporary numbers for receiving SMS verification codes for a selected service. The supported uses and validity period of a number are as shown at the time of purchase.
What if no code arrives?
Check the selected service, country and number. Wait within the order period, then check the final status and applicable refund conditions.
How do I cancel an order?
Use Cancel on an active order. Eligibility and refunds depend on whether a message was received and the provider’s rules.
Payments & refunds
When is a top-up credited?
Timing depends on the payment provider. After paying, check your balance and transactions in Wallet.
Where can I find refunds?
View the status in order details or filter your wallet activity by refunds.
