Refund policy
If no SMS arrives, the amount on hold returns to your balance. Orders that received an SMS are not refunded.
1. Principle
Only a hold is placed when you order; the charge happens once an SMS arrives. Orders without an SMS need no request: the system returns the amount on hold automatically.
2. Refunded
- You cancel an order that has not received an SMS within its validity period.
- The order expires without an SMS, and the system automatically closes it and returns the amount.
- The number is unusable because of a system or supplier fault.
3. Not refunded
- The order received an SMS (including a code that was displayed or used).
- Wrong service or country selected, or a number entered incorrectly.
- The target platform rejects the number, restricts sign-up or bans the account.
4. Cancelling an order
In My orders, choose Cancel on an in-progress order. Whether it can be cancelled depends on SMS status and supplier rules; some cancellations need supplier confirmation, during which the amount stays on hold.
5. Where and when
Refunds return to your account balance, not the original payment channel. Check the refund status in the order details or filter refunds in the wallet ledger. Cancelled or expired orders are usually refunded immediately; orders requiring supplier confirmation are credited when confirmation is complete.
6. Balance and top-ups
Unused balance can be used for future numbers and cannot be withdrawn. For payment problems such as duplicate charges or a payment that did not arrive, contact us and provide proof of payment; we will address the issue after verification.
7. Questions
If you disagree with a refund result, contact us as soon as possible after the order is completed and provide the order number. We will check and respond.
