• Account: email address and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored in encrypted form).
• Orders: chosen service, country, assigned number, received SMS content and order status.
• Transactions: top-up, hold, charge, and refund records. Payments are handled by the payment channel; we do not store your payment account password.
• Device and logs: IP address, browser type, access time and error logs, for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

• To provide numbers, receive SMS, and handle billing and refunds.
• To keep accounts and transactions safe and identify unusual activity and abuse.
• To improve the product experience and handle your feedback and support requests.

3. SMS content

The verification SMS messages you receive are used only to display them to you. Numbers are temporary: do not use them for private information or important assets, and do not rely on them for long-term account recovery.

4. Sharing

Necessary information is shared with number suppliers and payment channels to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information, and disclose it only when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of users and the platform.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. You can clear them in your browser, but you may need to sign in again.

6. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account exists. After the account is closed we delete or anonymize personal information, except transaction and log records we must retain by law.

7. Security

We use encrypted transport and access controls to protect data, but no online service is perfectly secure. Please protect your account.

8. Your rights

You can view and update account details in Settings, and request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or close your account. We will handle requests after verifying your identity, as the law requires.

Updates are published on this page with a new date; material changes are also announced on the website.
